Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
Luxmedica collects a deposit to secure a visit to our specialists. We have two types of deposits:

• • Standard Deposit: £50
• • Deposit before telephone consultation: £110

Please enter the name and surname of the PATIENT who will be present at the visit below.

Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £50.
