Disability Statement
We can offer access to those patients with wheelchair mobility needs and we do have disabled toilet facilities. We do have access to translation services including a British sign translation service. Where we are unable to provide services to any disabled patients we will seek to give details of an alternative provider.
Children:
We advise that children should not be brought to the premises whilst parents or other family members are receiving treatment and if brought against advice they are solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
NHS Communication
As a healthcare provider we would like to encourage our patients to share the information about their treatment with NHS.
Providing your GP with the details of the treatment received in our practice will improve the overall quality of the healthcare that you receive

Our mission is to care for the patient
We care about the comfort of our patients, each case meets with great attention, as well as the professional approach of our specialists who cooperate with the patient at every stage of treatment. We provide optimal conditions during examinations, professional diagnostics and we listen to the needs and expectations of our patients.
Credits for medical services
Keeping in mind patients who would like to use Luxmedica’s health services but are unable to get enough funding to cover the full costs of treatment, we have decided to introduce the possibility of getting an interest-free loan. The loan may be taken for a variety of procedures, such as aesthetic medicine, implants, dentist procedures (ex. crowns, dentures, bridges, and many more), and orthodontic treatment. The minimal value of the loan is 500 GBP. While the loan is granted for a period that ranges between 6 and 11 months, treatment may be started immediately upon acceptance of the request. Requests may be filled indirectly at Luxmedica’s office, thereby saving your time and minimising unnecessary formalities.
