Dr. Mohtar is a member of the Polish, Lebanese, and Bahraini Medical Associations, as well as the European Association of Urology. He holds full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is licensed to practice as a doctor and urologist in the UK. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU) and a certified ultrasonographer, holding a certificate issued by the Polish Ultrasound Society, allowing him to perform ultrasound examinations independently.

His main areas of expertise include urology, with a focus on diagnosing, treating, and providing post-treatment care for conditions such as kidney, prostate, and bladder diseases, disorders of the genital organs (penile and scrotal conditions), and urinary stone disease. Dr. Mohtar also has a particular interest and experience in treating erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, lower urinary tract symptoms, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, and urinary incontinence.
