At LUXMEDICA, we aim to uphold our mission to protect your right to good health. LUXMEDICA’s philosophy is to involve the patient in every aspect of their treatment.
Our specialists treat each patient as an individual with a unique set of requirements and concerns. We appraise our services on a regular basis to guarantee the best possible standard is delivered.
We are devoted to delivering outstanding care and clinical excellence. The well-being of our patients is of primary importance.
Our values mean that all patients are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
We can offer access to those patients with wheelchair mobility needs and we do have disabled toilet facilities. We do have access to translation services including a British sign translation service. Where we are unable to provide services to any disabled patients we will seek to give details of an alternative provider.
We advise that children should not be brought to the premises whilst parents or other family members are receiving treatment and if brought against advice they are solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
As a healthcare provider we would like to encourage our patients to share the information about their treatment with NHS.
Providing your GP with the details of the treatment received in our practice will improve the overall quality of the healthcare that you receive
Please talk to us if you have any concerns or additional questions relating to the provision of your treatment details to NHS.
* Please note that sharing the information is voluntary and you will be asked about your consent prior to your visit.
