We charge the deposit upon confirmation of an appointment. If you cannot attend your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give this notice will result in you being charged a cancellation fee / deposit.
We have two types of the deposits:

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (email@example.com).
A late cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with 24-hour advance notice.
No refunds will be made for late cancellations and the full amount of the deposit will be lost.
Refunds will only be issued for the cancelations made 24 hours or more in advance. The refund will be made in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.
No-Show Policy: A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it in an adequate manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will also mean that the full amount of the deposit will be lost and you will not receive a refund.
